Critical Facilities and Flood Risk – ASFPM Recommendations

March 23, 2011 — 12:00 Noon Eastern is pleased to host a one hour presentation and interactive discussion Wednesday, March 23, 2011, beginning at 12:00 Noon Eastern time (please convert to your local time). Our topic will be a position paper recently issued by the Association of State Floodplain Managers (ASFPM) titled Critical Facilities and Flood Risk. The paper describes the seriousness of the problem and offers several recommendations to reduce future impacts from the cascading effects of the loss of these essential community resources.
